2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the xbagh platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age;
- Are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
- Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
- Have read and accept the xbagh Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy;
- Understand that gambling involves financial risk and does not guarantee any financial return;
- Are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
If you do not meet all of the above conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created. xbagh reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Registration Requirements
To register an account on xbagh, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number will serve as your account identifier and must match the mobile number registered on at least one of the supported payment wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. You must also provide any additional information requested during the registration process accurately and completely.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on xbagh. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbagh will close the additional accounts, void any bonuses claimed through them, and may withhold associated winnings pending a full review. Players with existing accounts who attempt to register again to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of this clause.
3.3 Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use xbagh. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this requirement. xbagh may at any time request documentary proof of age, including a government-issued photo identification document. Accounts unable to pass age verification will be suspended until documentation is provided, or permanently closed if the player is found to be underage. Any real-money balance held by an underage player at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment wallet; bonus balances will be forfeited.
3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your account. If your contact information changes, you must update your account details promptly by contacting xbagh support.
4. Account Security and Responsibility
4.1 Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbagh account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. xbagh will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out with your authorisation, unless you have reported unauthorised access to xbagh support before the activity in question occurred.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact xbagh support immediately via the email address listed in the footer of this page. xbagh will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.
4.3 Device Security
You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access xbagh is secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your credentials or session data. xbagh is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by inadequate device security on the player's part.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
xbagh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following local mobile financial services currently available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. xbagh does not accept payments via international credit or debit cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed here. This list may be updated; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
5.2 Deposit Requirements
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xbagh, however your mobile wallet provider's own daily transaction limits will apply and are outside xbagh's control. Deposits are credited to your xbagh account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful wallet transaction. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, you should contact xbagh support with your wallet transaction reference number.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, xbagh may require identity verification — including confirmation that the wallet mobile number matches the account-registered mobile number. Withdrawal processing times are typically 5–20 minutes for verified accounts. xbagh does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.
5.4 Third-Party Payments
Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Receiving deposits from another person's wallet, or requesting withdrawals to a wallet registered to a different individual, is strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as third-party in nature will be reversed where possible and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. xbagh is not responsible for funds lost due to player-initiated third-party transactions.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering
xbagh takes financial crime prevention seriously. All deposits, withdrawals, and account activity are monitored. xbagh reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited, particularly for accounts with high transaction volumes or unusual patterns. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately and referred to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with suspected financial crime will be held pending investigation and may not be available for withdrawal.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by xbagh are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms stated for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless a promotion explicitly states that it carries no wagering requirement, all bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and any maximum cashout cap are stated in the promotion details at the time the offer is presented. xbagh reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the stated time limit.
6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment wallet. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
xbagh monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, high-coverage bets (e.g., betting on all outcomes of a single event simultaneously) to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, xbagh reserves the right to void the bonus balance, cancel associated winnings, and close the account involved.
6.5 Promotional Changes
xbagh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of any such change will be honoured under the terms that were in effect when the bonus was granted, provided those terms are not in breach of any overriding policy or legal requirement.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Game Availability
The availability of specific casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets may change without notice due to provider licensing, technical maintenance, or commercial decisions. xbagh is not liable to any player for the unavailability of any specific game or market. No compensation will be provided for game or market unavailability unless the unavailability directly caused a confirmed loss of a placed and confirmed bet.
7.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference on screen. xbagh reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on incorrect odds, on markets opened in error, or where a technical fault affected the bet placement process. In the event of a cancellation, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. Accepted and confirmed bets may not be cancelled by the player once placed, except where a specific "cash out" feature is available and active for the relevant market.
7.3 Sports Betting Rules
Sports bets placed on xbagh are governed by standard international sports betting rules. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's governing rules as determined by xbagh's trading team. For cricket markets, standard ICC playing conditions apply. For events that are not completed within 48 hours of their scheduled start time, stakes will generally be returned unless market-specific rules state otherwise.
7.4 Errors and Technical Faults
In the event of a software error, display fault, incorrect odds feed, or any other technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome or display of a game or bet, xbagh reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. xbagh is not liable for any winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error, and such winnings may be removed from an account balance after the error has been identified and investigated.
8. Responsible Gaming
xbagh is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting xbagh support:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory review period of up to 7 days.
- Session time reminders: Configure alerts at set intervals (e.g., every 60 minutes) to remind you of how long you have been playing in the current session.
- Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from real-money gaming for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, deposits and wagering are suspended. The period may not be shortened once activated.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your xbagh account with no option for reactivation for a minimum period of 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the exclusion period.

xbagh strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and does not direct marketing at individuals who have self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period. Players must be 18 years or older — gambling is not suitable for minors under any circumstances.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbagh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your account, without obligation to provide advance notice:
- Registering more than one account on the platform;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
- Making deposits from a payment wallet not registered in your own name;
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or misconfigured bonus terms for financial gain;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Colluding with other players to influence game or betting outcomes;
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation;
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
- Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, self-exclusion, or cooling-off period;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbagh staff or other players through any communication channel.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, xbagh's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to their use of the platform — including claims relating to account balances, bet settlements, bonus treatment, technical faults, or service availability — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xbagh is not liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect;
- Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, power outages, or other events outside xbagh's direct control;
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where xbagh was not negligent in the maintenance of its own security systems;
- Decisions made by third-party game providers, payment processors, or sports data feeds that affect game or bet outcomes;
- Any financial decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Amendments and Termination
11.1 Amendments to These Terms
xbagh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the revised Terms take effect.
11.2 Account Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your xbagh account at any time by contacting support via the email address listed in the footer. Upon receiving a closure request, xbagh will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to the registered payment wallet. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited at the time of closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.
11.3 Account Closure by xbagh
xbagh may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed, where self-exclusion has been requested, or where regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it. Where an account is closed by xbagh due to a confirmed Terms breach or financial crime investigation, xbagh is not obligated to return any balance held in that account pending the outcome of the investigation.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
xbagh operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xbagh's operating entity is incorporated. By using the platform, you acknowledge that users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of xbagh complies with the laws of their own country or jurisdiction, including Bangladesh.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, you should first contact xbagh support at the email address listed in the footer of this page. xbagh will investigate all complaints in good faith and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may request escalation to senior management for a secondary review.
xbagh's decisions on sports bet settlements, game round outcomes, and bonus term interpretations are final where they are consistent with the documented rules in effect at the time of the relevant event. Players who disagree with a final decision after the internal escalation process has been completed may seek recourse through any dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws applicable to them.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
